- Each piece is shipped in a protective gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
RETURNS
- Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact hello@copewithlife.us before sending a return.
- Items must be unworn and undamaged, with the CWL security tag attached, in their original packaging with the certificate.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Every return is inspected. If a piece shows signs of wear or damage, or its security tag has been removed, the loss in value will be deducted from the refund.
- Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned.
- This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.
