Processing times

• Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces are produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Delivery times

• Europe: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Worldwide: approximately 7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather or other logistical delays.

Packaging

• Each piece is wrapped in protective paper, packed in a kraft gift box with a moisture-protection bag, and shipped with a certificate of authenticity.

Order tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs and import duties

• Orders are shipped from Türkiye. Import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
