Every CWL piece is handmade in our studio in Istanbul. If your piece isn’t right for you, you can return it under the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

• Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
• To start a return, email hello@copewithlife.us with your order number before sending the item. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
• Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

Condition of returned items

• Items must be unworn and undamaged, with the CWL security tag still attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, together with the certificate of authenticity.
• Every return is inspected on arrival. If a piece shows signs of wear or damage, make-up or perfume marks, or its security tag has been removed, the resulting loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

Non-returnable items

• Made-to-order, custom and personalised pieces produced to your specifications.
• Costume rentals, which are subject to their own rental terms.

Return shipping

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.

Faulty or incorrect items

• If your piece arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return shipping.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
